Do you deliver, set-up, dismantle and collect the equipment?
Yes, for insurance purposes and to ensure the equipment is set up safely and correctly. For these reasons equipment cannot be collected and set up by the hirer.
What time will you arrive?
We can't always confirm times when you book as we will need to arrange our deliveries geographically however we can give you an approximate time the day prior to your event. If you have a hall hired for a set period we will arrange our bookings around you.
What time will you collect the equipment?
We will advise you of this on delivery of the equipment, unless you have a hall hired and it has to be collected at a specific time. All collections are normally made during daylight hours, a surcharge will be payable if you require us to pick up when it is dark but this is only at our discretion.
Can i hire equipment overnight?
We offer overnight hire on some of our equipment but only if the location is secure. There is an additional charge of £20 for this.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Unfortunatly we cannot control the weather and sometimes we have to cancel for safety reasons. You may cancel your booking without charge if you believe your day may be spoiled due to weather conditions. We will not however give refunds once equipment has been delivered if the weather changes.
Do I need to provide anything?
Only access to a power supply. Our driver will bring all necessary equipment with him. This will include the equipment that you have hired, safety mats and equipment (were needed), extension cables and the inflation fan. Our extension leads are 25m long, please tell us if the inflatable will be further away from an electricity supply than this.
What sort of surface do you need for inflatables?
Bouncy castles, slides and our other inflatables situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat area, They can't go on steep slopes or under low trees. Please notify us if the inflatable is to be sited on a hard standing so we can bring sandbags for anchorage.
